Note that Barefoot Landing Camping Resort has both longer-term Campers (seasonal RV sites) and shorter-term Campers (RV sites and cabins). According to NC law, a Camper staying less than 90 days is not considered tenant and has "transient occupancy." This means that in the event that a Camper has to be asked to leave (e.g, for not paying or for violating our Community Rules), an eviction is not required. In such an event, if the Camper does not leave willingly, Barefoot can legally resort to having someone from the Sheriff's Office escort the unwillingly party from the premises immediately.
